Hello User,
We are writing to inform you of a security incident affecting the PlayZoneLaser platform.
On the night of 13 April 2026, we identified a ransomware attack involving several of our production systems. We detected the issue at 9:30am (AEST) on 14 April and immediately began containment and investigation.
The incident has been reported to the relevant EU and Australian authorities, and we are continuing to investigate with our infrastructure partners, including AWS.

What data may be affected
Based on our current understanding, the following data may have been accessed:

Licencing Data
Site Telemetry / Reports

What we are doing
We have taken immediate steps to secure our systems, including:
We are also implementing additional security measures, including tighter access controls and broader use of multi-factor authentication.
